Leah Brodie, MSW

Accepting New Patients
Leah starts at Pause in June! Leah Brodie holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Boston University. She believes that true healing begins in a space where you don’t have to mask or perform, but where you can feel safely seen, heard, and understood just as you are. Drawing on her background in teaching, Leah incorporates psychoeducation to help demystify the interplay between the brain and body, helping individuals connect the dots between physiological stress and emotional well-being. She is especially passionate about guiding individuals through depression, anxiety, burnout, identity exploration, and life transitions using a neurodiversity-affirming framework. In her practice, Leah weaves together Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), somatic awareness, and relational therapy. Above all, Leah treats therapy as a collaborative partnership, working side-by-side with you to build resilience, foster self-compassion, and create a meaningful life that you can truly live to the fullest. When she isn’t in the office, you can likely find her getting lost in a good book, exploring the hiking trails, or surrounded by her beloved crew of dogs, cats, and horses.
